Our affiliate program allows creators, embroiderers, and business owners to earn commissions by promoting our:

Affiliates earn a commission for every qualified sale made through their unique referral link.

This program is designed to be:

• Transparent
  
• Profitable for both parties

Affiliates must:

• Be at least 18 years old
  
• Have an active social media account, website, or email list
  
• Create content related to embroidery, sewing, crafting, small business, or web design
  
• Agree to follow all program rules and ethical marketing practices

• Approve or deny any application
  
• Remove affiliates at any time for policy violations

Commission: 15% per sale

✅ No commission is earned on:

• Taxes
  
• Shipping fees
  
• Refunds or chargebacks

Affiliates receive:

• Payout Schedule: Monthly
  
• Minimum Payout Threshold: $25–$50
  
• Payment Methods:

Affiliates are responsible for:

• Correct payment information
  
• Any applicable taxes (1099 will be issued if required by law)

✅ Affiliates MAY:

• Promote on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, blogs, and email lists
  
• Share product photos and mockups provided by Kate + Rae Designs
  
• Create their own content showing products in use
  
• Share honest testimonials and results
  
• Use approved branding and logos
  
• Use their unique affiliate code and link

❌ Affiliates MAY NOT:

• Run paid ads using our brand name without written permission
  
• Claim to be the owner of the brand

• Misrepresent products, file types, or licensing
  
• Offer additional discounts without approval
  
• Use misleading, deceptive, or spam marketing tactics
  
• Post in coupon code websites without permission
  
• Share files, resell, or redistribute embroidery designs
  
• Purchase through their own link for commission

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate for:

• Policy violations
  
• Inactivity (example: 6–12 months with no sales)
  
• Fraudulent activity
  
• File-sharing or copyright violations
  
• Brand misrepresentation

Upon termination:

• All promotional use must stop immediately

By joining the Kate + Rae Designs Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to all terms, policies, and commission structures listed above. Terms may be updated at any time with notice.
