Seamless File Commercial License - 1 Seamless Pattern

Purpose:
This license allows larger shops and businesses to use my seamless pattern designs for higher-volume production and broader commercial purposes than my standard small-business license permits.

What’s Included

With the Extended Commercial License, you may:
• Use the licensed design(s) on physical products you create and sell (no team size restriction). You must be the maker/manufacturer
• Produce up to 500 physical units per design (fabric, planners, stationery, home goods, etc.).
• Print the design on fabric or materials for resale (including by-the-yard fabric, home decor, wrapping paper, etc.)
• Sell your products online, in physical retail stores, or at events.

What’s Not Allowed

Even with an Extended Commercial License, you may NOT:
• Resell, share, or give away the digital file.
• Upload to print-on-demand marketplaces (Spoonflower, Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, etc.)
• Claim the design as your own work.
• Modify or alter the artwork to create a new design for resale.
• Use on mass-manufacturing platforms such as Shein, Temu, Alibaba, etc., without a separate high-volume agreement.

The design that the license will cover needs to be purchased in addition to this listing. If you need multiple designs you need to purchase a license for each individual design.

Term & Scope
• This license applies per design
• Rights are non-exclusive — other licensees may also use the design.
• License is valid for one year from purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All designs are copyright © Kate+RaeDesigns. Purchasing a design does not transfer copyright.
• You are purchasing a license to use the design under the terms stated above, not ownership of the artwork.
